These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website emipariscookieco.ca and the purchase of products from Emi Paris Cookie Co.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using this website, you confirm that:

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Scraping product or pricing data
• Interfering with website security or performance
• Using the website in a manner that could harm the business or other users

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if misuse of the website is suspected.

Orders may be placed through our website and are subject to acceptance by Emi Paris Cookie Co.

Customers may cancel or modify an order at any time before the weekly order cut-off time, which is:

Sunday at 7:00 AM (Eastern Time).

Once the order cut-off time has passed, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Product availability issues
• Payment authorization issues

If an order is cancelled by us, any payment collected will be refunded.

Emi Paris Cookie Co. operates on a weekly bake schedule for cookie products.

• Orders placed before the Sunday 7:00 AM cut-off are baked fresh for that week's production.
• Cookies are typically baked and shipped on Mondays.
• If Monday falls on a holiday, orders will be shipped the following business day.

This bake schedule allows us to ensure our cookies are shipped as fresh as possible.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Our cookies are perishable food products.

For food safety reasons:

• All cookie sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds for perishable food items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

In these cases, we will provide a replacement order, which will be sent on the next scheduled bake day.

In addition to food products, Emi Paris Cookie Co. offers branded merchandise.

All merchandise is produced and fulfilled by a third-party provider, Printful.

• Merchandise is made to order and shipped directly from Printful’s facilities.
• Merchandise orders are separate from cookie orders and may ship independently.
• Production and shipping times for merchandise will differ from our weekly cookie schedule.

Because merchandise is produced on demand:

• Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production and shipping conditions.

For issues related to merchandise (such as defects, damage, or incorrect items), customers must contact us, and we will coordinate a resolution in accordance with Printful’s policies.

Cookie Orders

Cookie orders are shipped using Canada Post.

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside our direct control.

Merchandise Orders

Merchandise orders are shipped directly by Printful using their selected shipping carriers.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Emi Paris Cookie Co. is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery issue:

• Cookies: Reshipping may not be possible due to the perishable nature of the product.
• Merchandise: We may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, depending on Printful’s policies and the condition of the returned item.

Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, it is considered lost or stolen.

While we are not responsible for theft after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We may assist with claims where appropriate.

All Emi Paris Cookie Co. cookies are handmade in small batches.

Because our products are handmade:

• Appearance may vary slightly between batches
• Product images are representations and may not exactly match the final product

Our food products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

• Wheat
• Eggs
• Dairy
• Soy
• Nuts

Customers with food allergies should exercise caution when consuming our products.

Prices may change without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Product availability may change at any time.
